This is an example of a proposal I made for our team of students who led the Iron Sharpens Iron Conference from 2018-2021. This proposal was sent out after ongoing conversation with our two host churches in North Carolina. This proposal is unique as it demonstrates a detailed layout of our plans to partner with a host church during the Covid-19 pandemic.

As the Conference Director, I led a team of Moody staff members and also host-church volunteers. It was my responsibility to communicate with both host and visiting churches our mission, worship event goals, and the information needed to make this conference happen. Excluding the ‘Moody Doctrinal Statement’, the entirety of this proposal was written by me with the consideration of the voices contributed from the conference team.
