Admissions Live Chat

2019-2021 I was given the privilege to begin the 'Live Chat Initiative' for the Moody Bible Institute. This Christian Bible school has been faithful to providing education and equipping disciples for thousands of students over the century. The Live Chat Initiative I spearheaded and designed allows even more students to have access to real-time conversations about their future in ministry.

Moody.edu is where prospective students can begin looking into programs that suit them and their ministry aspirations. An essential communication tool used is the Live Chat located on the bottom right of the website. This site receives hundreds of clicks and visits a day.

The responsibility I had was to manage the Live Chat functions and create a system that could be used to grow the student body online and on our Chicago, Online, and Spokane campuses. I thought about implementing a real-time tool and, with time, gained approval to persist. I directed this task because of my experience in development and Live Chat through previous positions.

You can also find one of the training presentations I put together to train our team of 12. The Live Chat function that I integrated into this institution has enhanced their customer service, communication, efficiency, and the number of enrolled students.
